I am an experienced, qualified Attachment-Based Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, working with individuals, and a trained Couple Psychotherapist in Emotionally Focused Therapy.
I have experience treating clients (individuals and couples) who suffer from trauma, sexual, emotional and physical abuses. I am very experienced with clients suffering from addictions, depression, anxiety, eating disorder, bereavement, PTSD, and relationship issues.
As an attachment-based psychoanalytic psychotherapist, I work intuitively and empathically alongside a person, exploring at their pace any thoughts and emotions coming up.
My aim is to provide a safe place to explore relationships, access and heal emotions, to offer a little of what was needed emotionally in the past, here and now in the present, with an awareness of differing spiritual and cultural needs.
As a couple psychotherapist, my aim is to support couples and individuals in healing and transforming relationships with oneself and others, by restoring emotional closeness, physical intimacy, and personal well-being. Within a warm, safe, non-judgmental space, I help couples open up and experience sharing, communicating and interacting in new ways that allow for more closeness and intimacy.
I am a fluent French speaker and I also practice in French. My previous career was in education, in France and in London. I am an active member of the Bowlby Centre and a training teacher at The Bowlby Centre.
I obey to the Code of Conduct of UKCP, BACP and the values of the Bowlby Centre, with regular couple and individual supervisions and Continuous Professional Development.
